Welcome to Finance Mate, a financial tracking application developed by Beijing Xingchenguangnian Technology Co., Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Finance Mate application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
By using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind the organization to these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.
All content and materials available on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit the content of the App without our prior written consent.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the App; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App by any third party; or (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App.
Finance Mate offers subscription options that automatically renew on a periodic basis. The subscription period can be monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on the plan you choose.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal fee will be charged to the payment method you provided when you initially subscribed.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices or services at any time. Any price changes or service modifications will take effect at the start of the next subscription period. We will notify you in advance of any price changes, and you may choose to cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the App and supersede any prior agreements between you and the Company.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
